What a week!!!

2 weeks in a row! Woo Hoo!!!
This week was a pretty funny week for us! We started off with Martin Luther King Jr. Day, where we talked a lot about Human Rights and how it doesn't matter what color our hair or eyes or skin or clothes are. It was a wonderful day!
We thought that it was going to be a regular week and then the Ice Storm started!

So Tuesday, there was school, then Wednesday and Thursday we played at home and the YMCA and, finally, Friday the girls went back to school again. And we were ready! (0:

So this picture is another one I thought you would like. Today it got all the way up to 37 degrees and the girls were celebrating! So they put shorts on and jackets and went outside and blew bubbles!!! Crazy Girlies!!!

Rachel's 6th birthday was an amazing day! Richard and I went to have lunch with her at school and she loved her Happy Meal!!! What a fun treat for all 3 of us!

And for her birthday party, Rachel wanted to do a dinosaur theme! So we did it!!!!
Here is a dinosaur mouth the the kids walked through and had their picture taken with!
This is Rachel with her friend Mia! Cutie girls!

Rachel really wanted to watch Dinosaur Train, her favorite show! So we spread out a picnic blanket, ate some pizza and watched a fun episode with friends!
With fun friends Jordan and Mia.

Rachel asked to play "Pin the Tail on the T-Rex" and she loved it! There is nothing like being blind folded, spun around, and trying to walk straight!

The bean bag toss was a hit with everyone. Who doesn't like throwing bean bags at a target shaped like dinosaur eggs! Sarah especially loved it! That girl is going to be a baseball player!

What kind of gift would make Emma stand on the computer chair for 15 mins?

What in the world would put this look on Rachel's face??????
HALARIOUS!!!

INTRODUCING....
Spike the Dinosaur!

A remote controlled dinosaur at our house! What a great thing for us, so now we don't have to keep fighting the "Pet Fight" for a while! He walks through the kitchen and hands us bones and boulders and even stands up on his back feet! What a blast!

Rachel has been asking for Spike for almost 2 years and she was so happy and grateful to get him for her birthday! We played with it so much that we had to recharge the battery again that night!

The Cake:

Who has a dinosaur party without a dinosaur cake???

Cupcake dinosaur for a year 6 old!

PRICELESS!

Rachel making a wish!

Our wish for you, Rachel, is to know that we love you so much and are so proud of you!!!

Please have a wonderful and fun year!!!

We love you so much, beautiful Rachel!
