First day of school!

 First day of school 2012
We love school and the girls were so excited for school to finally start again!
Because they qualified for the Talented program, they were going to ride the bus to a new school.
(again. I know. We just moved here in March and started at a new school)
A quick snapshot at the bus on the first day of school!
Emma- 6 years old in 1st grade
Sarah- almost 10 years old in 5th grade
Rachel- 8 years old in 3rd grade
I had to take another quick picture on Day 2.
They were just so excited to go to school again!

It's the beginning of another great school year!!!

End of School Days

School's out for summer!!!
But there were some fun adventures the girls had at the end of the school year, so here they are...

The girls learned about Oklahoma history and Emma got to dress up like a cowgirl one day.

Leave it to Emma to be so fancy with her red cowgirl hat!
Crazy hair day!

Fun school fundraiser.  Pay a dollar and you can wear your hair wild.  There were mohawks and all colors of hair that day!

Students of the Month for May, Rachel and Emma.
Great job girls!!!

Sarah's Piano and Emma's Graduation!

So it has been a month, but I am getting back to the blog! Yeay! Good job!

Sarah has been taking piano for 2 years and she LOVES it!
She had her Spring Recital in May and she did amazing! She played 2 songs- her Classical piece was "The Merry Widow Waltz" and her Contemporary song was "Somewhere Over the Rainbow".

Sarah loved both songs and practiced ALL.......THE........TIME!!!!!!

I was really proud of all her hard work. Her songs sounded wonderful. She has been working on dynamics (the louds and softs) and they were amazing!

Had to take a second to snap a picture with Sarah and her wonderful friend Ashton!

AMAZING piano teacher Jamie Snarr and Sarah! Thanks for all you do!

Quick silly family snapshot! We never get one with everyone looking. hahahaha!

The same night as the piano recital was Emma's graduation from preschool. It was a really fun evening!

Had to get a quick shot with Emma's great friend Regan (who is actually Ashton's little sister). Cute girls!!!!!!!

5 little ducks went out to play!!!!!!!!!!!!

Emma and her fabulous teacher Mrs. Lori! We love you and miss you already!

Getting her diploma!

Emma, what a doll! She is getting so big! Her teacher said she is VERY ready for Kindergarten and we can't wait!
