Farewell to Our Nauvoo!

For almost 3 1/2 years, we lived in the

Nauvoo Temple

district.  We were so blessed to visit every month,

in rain and snow and Midwest heat!

For our last visit we wanted to do something special, so we rented a room right across the street and spent time walking the streets and visiting the shops where pioneers lived and worked.

 I am so grateful to be in Nauvoo with my sweetheart, Richard.

I love you so much!  What a blessing to have shared this wonderful time and place with you!

It's fun to see how these girls have grown since we moved to the Midwest!

Kansas City Temple Open house

The end of April we visited to the new temple in Kansas City, MO.

For family Home Evening the month leading up to it, we talked all about temples and how Families Can Be Together forever.  (to learn more about this, read here)

Sarah- I love the temple.  I can't wait to go inside to do baptisms when I am twelve.  Only 2 years!

Halloween and Family trip to Kentucky!!!

We took a family trip to visit some of our favorite people, the Craigs!

This was our second trip down to Kentucky and it was a blast!!!

We started off with a photoshoot of the Craig girls and then later did the whole family!!

We went and visited the Nashville temple. Small but beautiful!

We played with the family and just hung out and had a relaxing time! What a blast! We even introduced them to our latest obsession- the movie "How to Train Your Dragon!"

We stopped by as many temples as possible during out recent travels.
Teaching the girls about temple and being together forever is so amazing! We are so grateful to know that we can be together forever through Heavenly Father's Plan!
